Today we got to look at a few fish, a gigantic lobster, some sharks, sting rays, jelly fish, and a display on local aquatic life. Don't you love P's fake smile--she does this now when I ask her to smile for a photo.

Presley really enjoyed looking for each of the different animals in the different fish tanks (above she just spotted the seahorses). She even came home and told her dad about the "scary sharks", something the other kids we were with labled the sharks. We had a good time but I can't wait to visit a real aquarium soon!

I love how you call her "P" - so fun!
I miss that little girl! I think we should make a trip out to see my parents and go to a real aquarium
OH she'll love the aquarium! I didnt realize how fortunate I was to grow up not too far from a few.
K so it's kind of crazy to get to, you have to get off the freeway in PG then go on this little road back over the freeway and then backtrack, I think there is directions on their website, but yeah kids under 3 are free. The only bad thing I found out that they don't open until 2 in the afternoon, which is kind of a hard time with naps and I think it would be more crowded with the after school age kids. When we went they were still on a holiday shcedule so it opened at 12, but they do have a mom and me jump time at like 10 on thursday mornings I think. So anyway, we haven't been back yet, but I agree you can always use new places to go to get that built up energy burned off!
